This Dahlia Days card is easy, quick and beautiful. And you could definitely make multiples. You can add the background blending if you want, and it looks nice even without the bow!
Instructions to Make this Dahlia Days Card
- Card base is Basic White Thick with a top fold, so cut at 4-1/4 and score at 5-1/2.
- Flirty Flamingo cardstock cut at 5-1/4 x 4 – now I used a blending brush to add color where the flowers are cut out from the die using Merry Merlot. Don’t worry about exact placement. Then I used wink of Stella and let it dry. I also used the brush on the crinkled white ribbon to change the color before I tied it into a bow.
- Cut the large layering die out of Merry Merlot.
- Stamp and die cut the sentiment label stamp in Flirty Flamingo and then stamp the sentiment inside with Merry Merlot
- Added the bow with a mini glue dot.
Who doesn’t love an easy quick and beautiful card. The die cuts very well and i hardly had any pieces that needed the brush tool to get rid of the cutouts
