First lets start with the Catalog preview. As a demonstrator, one of the perks is seeing things early and then being able to order early. Can’t wait until 3 today!
Next, what a great bundle to play with. I needed a Thank You card for a whole family so I didn’t want it so cutsy. These 2 sweet twin girls recaptured my brothers dog who had gotten out while we weren’t home. Thanks goodness for Ring doorbell. I guess we didn’t latch the front door and a wind opened it up. He was roaming for a couple of hours, but they got him and brought him to the house. We “talked” via ring and they pulled the door shut tight. Anyway, I wanted to thank them more than just me showing up and thanking them in person. I think a hand made card is better, don’t you think?
All measurements and supplies are listed below.
- Cinnamon Cider A2 card 4-1/4 x 11 scored at 5-1/2 top fold
- Bloom Where You Are Planted DSP. The page with a row of greenery on two sides, I cut down the white space and the greenery to make enough room for my basket
- I used our brushes to blend a little Pale Papaya over the white of the DSP as it was too much near the Very Vanilla I used for the pot, the “holder” and the sentiment. Even the brick background was creamy looking. This all blended better.
- Stamped Soft Succulent for the greens in the pot and the sentiment.
- Used Everyday Label punch for the sentiment
- Die cut the pieces and layered them. I did use dimensionals on the hanging greenery and on the sentiment
- Tied a little bow with Linen cording.
That’s all! Just a little bit of fussy cutting around the greenery which was simple as the shapes were fairly broad. I hope you enjoyed this little Thank You card. Please leave me some feedback, as it helps me think of things to post. Give me some requests and I’ll see what I can do!

Cutting Instructions:
- Cinnamon Cider A2 card 4-1/4 x 11 scored at 5-1/2 top fold
- Bloom Where You Are Planted DSP Brick cut 4 x 5-1/4
- Bloom Where You Are Planted DSP Greenery cut down to fit just bottom of card and is 4 inches wide
- Stamp sentiment with Soft Succulent and punch out with Everyday label
- Stamp pot with Cinnamon Cider, leaves with Soft Succulent and Die cut.
- Die cut hanger out of Very Vanilla
- Tie bow in whole at top of hanger
