Good Morning Everyone,
Today’s Royal Blog Hop is all about Sunshine! Hope you are soaking up a little bit of sunshine. Get that Vitamin D. (FYI, in case you didn’t know- Vitamin D has to be taken with food to absorb!)
I used Patchwork Pieces with the flat side down, so ink wouldn’t creep underneath. Here’s the info:
Cutting Instructions:
- A2 card (5-1/2 x 8-1/2 scored at 4-1/4 in Thick Basic White
- Basic White cut at 5-3/8 x 4-1/8. this gives the front a bit of elevation
- Cut a piece of Basic White Cardstock a bit bigger than the die so you can eventually cut it to 3 x 4-1/2
- Scrap of Basic White to stamp the sun/wave (2 inch punch)
- Scrap of Cajun Craze for the second Circle (2-3/8 Punch)
Assembly Instructions:
- Tape with sticky note tape (removeable) to the center section making sure it doesn’t cover more than 2 in
- Starting in center, using blending brush, circle from inner to outer with Pumpkin Pie, Crushed Curry and Daffodil Delight. Go past the outer edge of the die
- Remove Die and blend a bit in center
- Cut down to just inside of bar all around. That should leave you with a 3 x 4-1/2 inch center.
- Stamp sun/wave and color in with whatever you like. I used Stampin’ Blends in Balmy Blue, Lemon Lolly and light Pumpkin Pie
- Punch a 2-3/8 inch circle with Cajun Craze and paste the sun/wave
- Use dimensionals to center on Rays Background and mount to cardstock 5-3/8 x 4-1/8
- Using dimensionals (strips, whole sheets or rounds) place on A2 card base
- this shows the dimension
