Share a Milkshake with a Cherry on Top!

Hey Everyone,

New Year, New Catalog, New Stamps and this is my 100th post! It took a while to get here, but I’ve consistently posted for the last 8 months, so I guess that means it’s a habit now.

The card we are making today has lots of dimension, so it might be best not to mail, although I’ve had them go through successfully. I guess it depends on the post office. This set is available starting tomorrow. The product code for the bundle is 160396. The stamp set is 160394 and the dies are 160395.

I started by using the dies in the set “Share a Milkshake”. The first one is just cut with Crumb Cake, the second one, I used the blending brush and put it directly onto the die. The last one, I cut it out plain and applied Early Espresso with a Blending Brush onto the Crumb Cake die cut.

Then I folded them and adhered to the 5-1/4 x 4 inch Basic White cardstock. I placed that on the 4-1/4 x 5-1/2 Blackberry Bliss cardstock and then added that to a Basic White Thick base card. I think the Blackberry Bliss border really sets it off.

All the layers of ice cream where stamped with the Stamparatus and layered using dimensionals.

I added the sentiment by punching it out with the Lasting Label Punch but it was just too big, so I trimmed the sides by putting it back in the punch and trimming just one side at a time. Then I did the same with Blackberry Bliss

It doesn’t match up perfectly (although with this technique it often does, especially with dies)
